“Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 21 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Certain products, such as special orders, custom-made items, and clearance items, are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at support@toolspartner.com or call (573) 936-7384 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you will be issued a refund instead.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange for a return shipping label and offer a replacement or refund for the defective item at no additional cost.
